01Many would rather be "slow workers" than deep thinkers

The following story is often used to illustrate execution.

Zhang SAN and li si are employed by a shop at the same time, with the same salary. After a period of time, zhang was promoted and got a raise, but li si didn't.
The boss say to him: "li 4, you now help me to go to the bazaar once, see what sell this morning."
After a while, li si came back from the market and reported to his boss, "only a farmer brought a cart of potatoes to sell." "How many?" asked the boss. Now the boss turned to li si and said, "now do you know why zhang SAN's salary is higher than yours?"
From the perspective of executive ability, li si has no sense of responsibility. However, on further analysis, there are problems with his way of thinking, and he is inferior to zhang SAN in two aspects:
First, I do not want to use my head to think deeply. Second, I adopt a low-grade way of thinking, which is unexpected in many aspects.

"Many people would rather die than think, and in fact they don't even think until they die."
Observe many people around us who seem to be diligent, but they can't get by. Why?
Because they are "slow workers".
There are two characteristics of "low-efficiency hardworking people" : they are unwilling to think deeply and adopt low-level thinking. This leads to low productivity, low productivity and slow growth.

03The biggest ideological mistake in life is the belief that strategic shortcoming can be remedied by tactical diligence

The choice of "low growth area" or "high growth area" mentioned above is all tactical thinking. You have made the right choice and done the right thing, but it is not enough.
More important than tactical depth thinking is strategic depth thinking.
