In recent years, Huawei has gradually built its capability center into a strategic resource gathering area. Now Huawei has set up 26 competence centers in the world, which are increasing year by year. A group of world-class outstanding scientists are gathered, who guide the company in the whole process. These competence centers themselves are also developing.
Huawei's current level is still at the innovation level of Engineering Science, such as engineering mathematics and physical algorithm, and it has not really entered the basic theoretical research. With the gradual approach to the limits of Shannon's theorem and Moore's law, the theory of large flow and low delay has not yet been created, Huawei has felt that its future is far from clear and it cannot find a direction.

Huawei used to be a closed talent pyramid structure.
